The following applies to complaints: The more complete the processes are submitted, the faster they can be processed. Complete documentation includes the warranty application (incl. KBA no., chassis no., first registration, engine code, mileage), first and second installation invoice, fault memory log, guided troubleshooting and, if applicable, pictures. Incomplete documentation may result in rejection of the claim.
